How do I order in bulk or wholesale quantities?

To qualify for bulk or wholesale purchase at Nia Abrasives, your order must reach a specified minimum order quantity stated on each respective product page.

Can I print our own logo on the products?

Yes. Each product has a minimum order quantity to qualify for customised logo prints, customised packaging and customised graphics. All of which are stated at each product page’s product information table.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Generally, it is between 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. It is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock as there will be lead time.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email confirmation. This email will not only confirm the shipment but also provide you with the tracking number for your package, allowing you to monitor its journey to you.

Do you provide product/free sample orders?

Yes, we can offer free samples to you and you only need to pay for the delivery cost.

You can place a trial order to evaluate the product’s quality.

Do you provide customised orders and products?

Yes. We are an abrasives manufacturer, we can customize special types of abrasive items for customers’ requirements.

What are the types of payment methods available?

Our payment options include a variety of widely accepted methods. You can make your payment using major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Additionally, we offer the convenience of digital payment solutions like WeChat Pay, Alipay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What is your terms of payment?

Payment below USD$1000, requires 100% payment in advance.

Payment above USD$1000, 30%-50% Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) payment in advance and the remaining balance before shipment.

Packaging and Shipping FAQs

How are the products packaging like?

We will usually wrap using polyethylene film, and pack the products into small carton boxes.

Cartons are generally used and placed on Pallets.

Could you provide details on the shipping costs?

The cost of shipping is determined by the weight of the package, the destination it’s being sent to, and the chosen method of shipment.

What are the types of shipping methods and providers available?

We can arrange shipping by sea or air express. Delivery of goods to your nearest port or provide you Door to Door service.

We use the following shipping providers such as USPS or UPS, depending on the order. FedEx, DHL, TNT, EMS shipping is available as well.

If the quantity of the order is not high, we can ship to you by express delivery with UPS, DHL, TNT or EMS.

If the order volume is high, we will advise using our Sea or Air shipping through nominated forwarder.

What is the duration or lead time before shipping?

Our manufacturing lead time is between 10 to 15 days. After which, the products are ready to be shipped.

How long does shipping takes?

Generally, it is between 3-10 days depending on the chosen shipping methods.

Where does the products shipped from?

All the products are manufactured in and shipped from China, with ports located at Guangzhou, Shanghai, Tianjin, Qingdao

Are there International shipping?

Yes. We shipped the products internationally. In fact, most of our clients are based overseas and we can accomodate to that.

What are the return or refund policies?

We stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure your satisfaction.

If your purchase does not align with the agreed terms, you have the option to request either a partial or full refund.

This request can be made within a 30-day window from the date you receive your products.

We offer an expedited refund process for your convenience. If you need to initiate a refund, simply submit your request within 2 hours of making the payment, and we will process a full and immediate refund.

Typically, the refund process can take up to four weeks from the time you send the products back to us.

However, it’s often the case that refunds are processed more quickly.

This timeframe encompasses several stages: the duration for the returned item to reach us (usually between 5 to 10 days), the period we need to process your returned item once it arrives (about 3 to 5 days), and the time required for your bank to finalize the refund request (5 to 10 business days).

What is required of the return packaging?

For the processing of any return or exchange, it’s necessary that the package sent back to us contains all the original components and packaging of the product(s).

Additionally, ensure that you include a filled RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form and the original invoice inside the package.

These elements are crucial for us to efficiently handle your request.

Will there be shipping fees for replacements?

When returning an item for replacement, the cost of shipping it to us is covered by you.

However, we will send the replacement item back to you without any shipping charges.
